Game Ball The Movie
All donations made to Game Ball The Movie are voluntary contributions intended to support the development, production, marketing, and distribution of an independent film project operated as a for profit venture.
No Refunds on Donations
Because donations are used to fund creative development, production costs, talent, marketing, and operational expenses, all donations are final and non refundable once processed.
By submitting a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your contribution is not a purchase of goods or services.
- Your donation does not entitle you to ownership, profit sharing, or financial return.
- Donations are not tax deductible, as Game Ball The Movie is not a nonprofit organization.
- Funds may be allocated at the sole discretion of the project owners based on production needs.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the event of:
- A verified duplicate transaction
- A demonstrable technical or processing error
Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Project Changes or Delays
Film projects involve inherent creative, financial, and logistical risks. Changes in scope, timeline, casting, distribution plans, or production status do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in donation privileges being revoked and could impact access to future project updates or supporter benefits.
